There is a charge for cleaning, $95 (£59) on rentals for less that 7 nights. A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Tax is included unless otherwise agreed. A $150 (£100) security deposit is taken 8 weeks before occupancy. The balance of payment is required 8 weeks before occupancy. Electric pool heat is extra and costs $79 (£49) per week.
