About the Villa

The spacious Villa was completed in Jan 2005 and is finished to a very high standard. Our model of home is a popular choice for many families, especially when the party comprises a larger or more than one generation. The house sleeps eight people and is fully air-conditioned. There are four bedrooms including two master suites (one King and Queen) both with bathrooms and two further twin bedrooms which share an additional bathroom. The living area is well planned with a cool living room and dining area in the centre of the house leading into the kitchen and into the second lounge area. There are two TV’s which receive satellite channels. The dinning area off the main lounge has views over the lanai and canal.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave and a pleasant nook area. The villa is tastefully decorated for you to fully relax and enjoy your stay in Florida. A separate utility room with washer and dryer completes the accomodation. Maid service can be arranged at an additional cost for lenghthy vacations.

The two master bedrooms overlook the spacious lanai and the swimming pool is 26ft by 14 ft, beyond is the canal which meanders around the spectacular Rotonda. The pool is electrically heated and a baby barrier can be erected if required. The lanai has sunbeds and a table which seats eight for you to enjoy alfresco dinning overlooking the canal.

Our local management agent will be able to assist you and games of golf can be booked prior to your arrival if required on any of the 6 courses on the Rotonda.
